Akalla student apartments

There are 32 student apartments in the Akalla student accommodation on Sibeliusgången, close to Akalla centrum in Kista. The property was built in 1975 and now contains several different forms of accommodation. The property comprises two 13-storey buildings containing 251 accommodations of various kinds, activity space, common rooms and a health center. Building 20 A contains a health center, service building and seniors’ accommodation. 20 B contains group residences, "standard" tenants and student accommodation.

Ceremonien student apartments

Ceremonien student accommodation is beautifully situated in Nockeby, on the way to Drottningholm, with excellent bus connections to Brommaplan and the subway. The property was built in 1975 and comprises 154 apartments, including 134 studio apartments and 20 one-bedroom apartments. There are common areas available in all hallways with furniture. Locating the bike, recycling and laundry rooms in the entrance area contributes to a safe and secure atmosphere in the accommodation. Internet access is available.

Byholmen student apartments

The Byholmen student apartments are situated at Vårholmsbacken in Skärholmen, close to green open spaces and Lake Mälaren, with just a 300-400 m walk to Vårberg centrum and the subway’s red line. Skärholmen centrum houses a large shopping mall, market square, movie theater, library, theater, cafés and restaurants. All the apartments have a balcony and cable TV. Some of the apartments have a sea view. The property has a common laundry room.

Kastanjen student apartments

The Kastanjen student apartments are situated in Midsommarkransen just 400 meters from Midsommarkransen’s subway station. The property was built in 1981 and consists of two buildings. There is a total of 40 apartments, including 16 one-bedroom apartments with a living space of 53-56 square meters, and 24 studio apartments of 42-46 square meters, distributed across four stories. All apartments are recently renovated (2008). Internet access is available.
