Micasa Fastigheter - A home to look forward to

Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB was founded in 1999 (then called FB Servicehus AB) and started its activities in 2000, as a subsidiary to AB Familjebostäder.

On June 1, 2004, in accordance with the city council’s decision, a total of 100 properties were transferred from Svenska Bostäder, Stockholmshem, Familjebostäder, and Gatu- och fastighetskontoret to FB Servicehus. On September 1, 2005, FB Servicehus became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stockholms Stadshus AB, and its name was changed to Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB that fall.

Micasa Fastigheter currently employs a staff of 80. Revenue for 2009 totalled SEK 913 million.

The property portfolio comprises 132 properties plus six management contracts, comprising a total of 1 112,200 square meters.

The property portfolio is valued at SEK 8.4 billion.

Micasa Fastigheter has around 80 employees. Turnover in 2009 was SEK 913 million.
